Grandma Singleton's Cheshire Cheese, Pomegranate and Mint Salad

Serves 2 - 4




100g Grandma Singleton's Cheshire Cheese
250g Watercress leaves
25g Pomegranate seeds
10g Fresh mint leaves
10ml Olive oil
1 Lemon half
Salt & Cracked black pepper



  1. Weigh all ingredients as listed above. 
  2. Ensure the watercress is washed and thoroughly dried, place into a serving bowl.
  3. Scatter the pomegranate seeds over the top of the washed salad leaves.
  4. Thinly slice the fresh mint leavesand place them into the bowl with the other ingredients.
  5. Whisk together the olive oil, lemon juice, salt and pepper.
  6. Pour the dressing over the salad leaves and carefully toss together all the ingredients - ensuring the dressing is thoroughly mixed through the salad.
  7. To finish, crumble Grandma Singleton's Cheshire cheese over the top of the salad and serve straight away!
