Grandma Singleton's Mature Cheddar Cheese and Turkey Club Sandwich

Serves 2




60g Grandma Singletons Mature Cheddar Cheese
150g Shredded cooked turkey
25g Shredded iceberg lettuce
20g Mayonnaise
6 Slices thin white bread
4 Slices thinly sliced tomato
4 Pieces of cooked crispy bacon
1/2 Avacado
1/2 Lime
Salt & Pepper



  1. Weigh all ingredients as listed above.
  2. Add the lime juice, avocado, salt and pepper in a blender and blitz until a smooth paste.  Mix with the mayonnaise.
  3. Toast the slices of bread and spread one side of each slice with the avacado mayonnaise.
  4. On two slices of toast, layer the bacon, turkey, lettuce, tomato and cheddar slices.
  5. Place the slices of bread on top of each other.
  6. Slice into triangles and serve.
